On the exhibition mobile world congress 2011, Acer demonstrated its tablet computers. In all Taiwan company prepared three models: two under the administration Of android and one on base of Windows.
The model number of tablets acer with iconia a100 are completed by sensory display 7 inches 1024 X 600 resolution, two camera (5 mp frontal 2 Mp), 512 MB memory and 8 GB built-in flash- memory. The device is based on dual core single-crystal system NVIDIA tegra 250. Tablet is equipped with wireless connection modules wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G.

Acer iconia a500 elder brother of previous model is based on the same base, but it is completed by 1 GB memory, sensory screen 10,1 inches 1280 X 800 pixel and 16 or 32 GB built-in flash- memory depending on version.

Acer iconia w500 is Windows- tablet it is based on the platform AMD. The prototype shown in Barcelona, is equipped with sensory display 10,1 inches 1280 X 800 pixel with the support to technology multi touch, with 1 GB memory and APU AMD C-50, equipped with two cores x86, which work at the frequency 1 GHz, and GPU radeon HD 6250, compatible with directX 11. Device, as above models examined, is equipped with 32 GB flash- memory, with two cameras, adapters wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G, and also USB and HDMI ports, and as role of operating system will assume 32- bit version Windows 7 Home premium.

It is interesting that as accessory for W500 acer it will propose the butt station, equipped with mechanical keyboard, touch pad, USB and RJ-45.
