Two years ago,  Corsair company has filed an application for an initial public offering in the U.S. NASDAQ.  It was planned that this move will raise about $ 86 million now, the company expects to sell  6 million Corsair shares at $ 13 per piece, which will help out during the initial offering of about $ 78 million. Corsair income for 2011 totaled $ 19.4 million in the first quarter this year, the company managed to earn $ 3.1 million compared to the same period last year, profits fell by 37%, while sales rose 23%.  Of course, with the current financial results obtained the amount of $ 78 million will enable the company to significantly improve their financial position.  However, the actual offering price may be both below and above the planned level.
