Typically, the structure of demand for personal computers is distributed between the two half ( tablet laptops and desktops) in a ratio of "40:60" in favor of the latter, but in recent years this proportion has consistently changed.  Acer president Jim Wong  however, believes in the ability of the industry to return to this ratio in the current year.  Demand will peak for the year in September, when the   summer  vacations season and holidays ends.
