Focusing on the mass market, Team Group company  has introduced a series of solid state drives size 2.5 inches Dark L3.  The series includes models with 60, 120 and 240 GB, equipped with the SATA 6 Gb / s.  Their dimensions are 70 x 7 x 100,5 mm.  The drive uses flash memory MLC NAND and controllers Phison PS3108-S8. The drives show good speed.  Sequential read speed up to 550 MB / s.  Sequential write speed is 450 MB / s in the case of 60 GB model, and the model  120 GB and 240 can record data at speeds up to 500 Mb / s.  Performance-access operations in blocks of 4 KB  35,000 IOPS in read mode and 50,000 IOPS - write (.
