Sales of smart watches Samsung Gear Live started only yesterday. The main problem was the unsuccessful design accessory connector for the charger, which is quite fast damaged.  One of the users decided to turn to Samsung support , hoping for a free replacement of the damaged device. As it turned out after many attempts to contact the specialists Samsung, the owner of the broken device will be forced to pay the full cost of repair .
