In the past block Fujitsu company made the decision about the sale of its hard disk business to Toshiba company : first in the form of 80% of actions, and then completely. Previously, Fujitsu reported about the intentions to end from 31 March this year the production of HDD .
At the end of past week Fujitsu company reported its intention to end the joint enterprise for HDD production. Directly, to Fujitsu belongs 34% of actions, and TDK portion is 66%. The joint enterprise TDK Fujitsu Philippines corporation was based during December 2004, the number of personnel reached 2236 men. After the removal Of Fujitsu , the enterprise is completely transferred under TDK control. This event will have an insignificant effect on the financial position for Fujitsu . | ||
