The possibility of simultaneous use of two graphic drivers , realized in Windows, ensures for example, card with NVIDIA processor can calculate physical effect, and card with AMD processor  will be occupied by the construction of image.
This possibility was disabled by NVIDIA company  in the drivers version 186 , if in the system is discovered a GPU from another producer (even integrated in chipset). NVIDIA representative explained  : PhysX is the open program standard, and any company can freely develop its supporting hardware or software. NVIDIA supports the acceleration of physics calculations by GPU NVIDIA, when GPU NVIDIA is used also for the graohic… For for many reasons  : partially because of expenditures for development,  NVIDIA will not partially support the acceleration of physics calculations by GPU, if graphic is accelerated BY another  GPU producer. | ||
