TDK company will release single-solid-state drives that support SATA 3Gb / s. The solution combines GBDriver RS3 controller and flash memory devices such as SLC NAND in a surface mount package (BGA) measuring 17 x 17 millimeters.  SSD designed for installation in embedded and portable equipment, industrial and office equipment, a variety of multimedia devices. Storage capacity can be 1, 2 or 4 GB, the speed of reading and writing sequential blocks is 55 and 30 MB / s, respectively. The number of memory cells write cycles is 768 million. The drive supports Data Encryption Algorithm AES-128. Sales of device will start in April. Related Products : | ||
