Since the announcement of first smartphone with IGZO display appeared the first tablet Aquos Pad SHT21 manufactured by Sharp. The use of LCD panel on indium, gallium, and zinc (InGaZnO), which is characterized by high brightness and low power consumption, allowed to increase the battery life of the finished device by 2.5 times compared to the previous model.  Tablet screen Diagonal is 7 inches and resolution 1280 x 800 pixels (pixel density - 215 per inch).
