TSMC company has already begun trial shipments of silicon wafers processed using 20-nm technology standards.  It is believed that one of the first customers of the industrial giant in this direction will be Apple company , which TSMC will order the release of processors A8 hoping to reduce their dependence on the competitor and partner in the face of Samsung.   TSMC develops 20-nm technology standards ahead of schedule.  It is expected that by the fourth quarter of this year the company will receive up to 20% of the proceeds from the sale of 20-nm products.  Perhaps by the time the relevant technological standards will be released not only mobile processors, but also high performance graphics solutions.
