As reported by Bloomberg, International Trade Commission United States (ITC) has recently reviewed the lawsuit NVIDIA vs Samsung and Qualcomm : there is no violation of patented NVIDIA technology in graphics, which can be used by mobile devices Samsung, including models based on the processor Qualcomm. NVIDIA is ready to challenge the decision of the court, claiming incorrect interpretation essentially described by its inventions patents .
