Manufacturers of smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices will use in their products foldable AMOLED-display from 2017. Foldable AMOLED-panel will be mainly used in handheld devices, smartphones and tablets, as well as in some models of notebook computers, monitors and televisions. The producers of AMOLED-display face technological hurdles, including the need to replace the glass substrates on polyimide. 
It is noted that the Display Technology Center (DTC) has completed the development of AMOLED-display, which can be folded in and out, and in the fourth quarter of 2016 will give Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) technology company, which in turn will begin their test release on a production line 4.5 G.
