California is still famous enough liberal attitude to the idea of testing of automatic control systems of vehicles on public roads, and this has already attracted to the region  more than twenty car manufacturers with their own prototypes.  However, as reported by Reuters, the Uber company has found an excuse for disobedience, even such simple rules.  Uber representatives continue to claim that prototypes of robotic taxis based on production of Volvo cars, which are already carrying ordinary passengers through the streets of San Francisco, can move around the city without coordination with  DMV agency. Firstly,  Uber said that the current  rules allows the operation of the vehicle, in which a person has priority over automatic and may at any time  take control.  Prototypes Uber can not travel "without continuous control" and direct "physical intervention in the management process" on the part of the person.  DMV, in turn, repeatedly demanded from  Uber to apply for admission prototypes on public roads, and stop the test to obtain a permit.  Otherwise, the case will be submitted to the court.  Uber continues to insist that it breaks nothing , and therefore will not make any demands.  Representatives of the company even link to the Tesla electric cars, which travel on the roads of California, without any coordination, while having similar automated systems.
