XFastest published in the closed section of its website a small review of the forthcoming AMD Ryzen 7 1700X processor.
For a start it is worth mentioning that the high-quality photos of the new processor have been published in Chinese resource. Next to it, in comparison, is located a processor AMD FX Socket AM3 +. As you can see in the image below, the processor Ryzen 7 1700X, made in the Socket AM4 contact density ( "legs") is much higher, and they look thinner.
Screenshot from running CPU-Z utility confirmed the name of the processor. More utility shows the basic operating frequency of the processor 3500 MHz, while the core voltage, according to the utility, is only 0.536 V. The screenshots with test performance frequency is 3900 MHz and voltage 0.672 V.
