An example is the fresh record of the French enthusiast tyger81 , which the FX-8300 processor overclocked to 8060 MHz.  Of course, only two cores remained active, but the frequency record was updated in the model standings. No other AMD FX-8300 processor has been overclocked to this frequency before.
