Sapphire company released a special edition of Radeon HD 6870 accelerator, providing it with a coupon to download the full version of racing simulator Dirt3. Note that the card with the same bundle was introduced in May , the main difference from its predecessor is the new cooling system, also designed by SAPPHIRE. The cooler is equipped with two 90-mm fans. Like the standard cooling system, the new cooler covers the entire front side of the PCB (its length is 245 mm) and occupies the space of the near expansion slot. GPU clock speed was raised by engineers up to 920 MHz , it includes 1120 stream cores and 56 texture units. The GDDR5 memory frequency is equal to 4200 MHz, its size is 1GB. | ||
