The Taiwanese company Acer is preparing to launch in March 2015 15.6-inch Chromebooks, which will form the base of processor Intel Broadwell-U.  US Dell also is developing a 15.6-inch laptop on Chrome OS with similar specifications, whose debut is scheduled for the first half of next year.  Their cost, according to analysts will be in the neighborhood of $ 300. Digitimes Research Analysts believe that if Acer and Dell will actually use in the new Chromebooks processors Intel Broadwell-U, comparable in performance with the Intel Core i3, they will be very competitive in terms of price and performance. Chromebooks now with screen sizes from 11.6 to 14 inches worth an average of $ 249 to $ 299, except for 11.6-inch touch Lenovo N20P, which offered more than $ 300.  Target price for new Chromebooks with 15.6-inch screen is set at less than $ 300.   Related Products :
