Developers of operating systems for smartphones decided that drivers do not have enough familiar features in car, but because many of the onboard infotainment system in the new models of vehicles provide tight integration with smartphone. Apple CEO Tim Cook even believes that the interest in such integration will allow his company to change the balance of power in the market for in-car entertainment systems.
