Toshiba has released the specifications of new solid-state drives to flash memory, known as Toshiba A100. New devicee made in the form factor of 2.5 "to 7 mm and is equipped with SATA3 interface. In total, the new family of drives  two versions - with 120 and 240 GB. Declared read and write speeds  up to 550 and 480 MB / s, respectively, the performance level  - up to 87 and 82 thousand IOPS. The drives will be accompanied by the original three-year warranty. Those SSD use own TLC NAND , released at  15-nm process technology, to achieve  high speeds used algorithm mode "pseudo-SLC". But the controller is hidden under the Toshiba TC58NC1010 designation. Related Products :
