Rutgers University, experts from New Jersey on the US Navy's request to develop a "quadrocopter" that can move through the air and under water.  The prototype was called Naviator original algorithm of the propellers.  Recent grouped by location, they are divided into upper and lower.  Once the sensor sends a signal to the control electronics in contact with the surface of the water, the upper propellers turned off and tighten the lower unit under water.    This affects the battery life: If the unit is only suitable for hours of continuous flight, then swim under water, it could the whole day.
