In search of promising markets, Qualcomm company some time ago agreed with NXP Semiconductors to purchase all shares of this largest developer of microprocessor solutions for the automotive industry.  This week, Qualcomm Corporation reported that the period during which this deal should be completed is substantially extended - from October 27 of this year to September 22 of the next.  Such a transfer of terms will allow Qualcomm in a calm environment to receive all the approvals and carry out the necessary approvals.
