One of the peculiarities of the July announcement phase of Radeon RX Vega announcement was AMD's announcement of the intention to sell video cards in three special sets until the end of September, they were ranked by price and composition: "red", "black" and "water". Apparently, until AMD is not ready to remind buyers that they will be able to buy "red" kits based on Radeon RX Vega 56 at the announced price in the coming days. Before the start of sales there is less time, but the situation with Radeon RX Vega 64 suggests that it will not be possible to buy Radeon RX Vega 56 at the recommended price for a while.
