In the second quarter, NVIDIA controls 59% of the market of discrete graphics cards (instead of 59.1%).  Accordingly, AMD for the quarter improved its position from 40.5% to 40.6%.  In the second quarter last year the share of AMD accounted 41.4% of the market of discrete graphics, the share of NVIDIA - 57,9% of the market. JPR Analysts note that the discrete graphics market as a whole going down .  In the first quarter this year were sold 19.01 million graphics cards in the second quarter this figure dropped to 16.1 million units.  Over the year, as experts predict, revenue from sales of cards may be reduced by 33% compared to last year.   Related Products :
