As we have already reported, at some point, Samsung has ceased to strive for the development of 20-nm process technology and reinvented to introduce FinFET transistors in relation to the 14-nm process technology.  Thus, TSMC company  won on a short distance - it received orders to release 20-nm processors Apple A8, but loses in the long - with the development of 16-nm FinFET processes.   Samsung has made a bid on the 14-nm process technology .  It produces some volumes  20-nm solutions, and also received the lion's share of orders for 14-nm SoC Apple A9.   It is alleged that Samsung has offered low prices for 14-nm products .   Related Products :
