In response to the statement of some competitors and analysts about that Asus may soon leave the PC market, CEO of Asustek Computer Jerry Shen said that his company has always been one of the leading manufacturers of laptops on the gross margin, and the like statements show only that Asustek has high competitiveness.  The company is optimistic about the future and plans to become the largest supplier of notebooks in 2017, not only to the consumer, but also corporate. Shen also said that his company had during the year to adjust the volume of laptops due to low demand, because of which the first three quarters of 2015 deliveries of Asus notebooks made 13.9 million Units.  The company plans in the fourth quarter to put about 5.2 million Laptops, and yet, annual shipments will be only 19.1 million. Laptops.  Deliveries in 2016 are expected at the same level as in this case, but the company does not lose hope to show at least some growth.
