Today appeared the photographs of intel reference motherboard on base of chipset x38 express.  Intel product is distant from its analog (from ASUS and Gigabyte) : Intel company decided not to use in the standard design cooling system with thermal tubes, after being limited to massive radiators, just as MSI.  The black color printed-circuit board is characteristic for intel high end products , here nothing is surprising. Radiators obtained not only north and south bridges chipset, but also VRM and load-bearing elements, which surround the processor socket.  Interesting that the reference design intel x38 motherboard do not provide even one PCI express x1 interface , but there is an additional PCIe x8, which probably works in x4 regime .  Let us recall, according to preliminary data, that the release date of such motherboard in planned to the fourth quarter in the present year. Related Products : | ||
