As it is often the case, the hard drive samsung pinpoint F3 with the marking HD502HJ was noticed in store price lists long time before its official announcement. The new HDD series from samsung uses plates with 500 GB volume, and the rotation speed is equal to 7200 rp/min this an outstanding version for those, who want to obtain the combination of capacity and speed. Yesterday the hard drives series spinpoint F3 was presented officially. Samsung asserts that the use of 500 Gb plates in tera-byte model allows to raise the speed to the value up to 30% in comparison with models on base of three plates . Furthermore, the use of only two plate increase the reliability of data storage and stability to vibrations. Directly, the series spinpoint F3 with 1 Tb volume on base of plates will be released in August this year. This series will obtain the rotation speed 7200 rp/min and SATA-300 interface, the buffer volume will be equal to 16 or 32 mb. The model with 500 GB volume is already accessible to purchase. | ||
