On Friday, Rambus and Micron agreed on the cessation of patent disputes, and this news contributed to an increase in the share price of the first of the companies by 15%.  In the Rambus portfolio there are more than 2500 patents, and after restructuring in 2015, it even began to sell its own semiconductor products manufactured by the contract manufacturer on its order.  Now Rambus's patent activity is focused on two main areas: data centers and mobile solutions.  As possible, "prospective Rambus" will be possible buyers, it is difficult to imagine yet.
